1932 Co-founder and instructor at experimental art colony, New Hampshire
1939-1944 Instructor and Research Office of Camouflage Wing, RAE in Sydney and Canberra
1946-1947 National Art School, Sydney until 1958. Built marionette theatre and held classes in puppetry.
1958-1964 Head, Art Department, Sydney Teachers College
