The Sugar Glider (Petaurus breviceps) is a small, nocturnal marsupial possum that lives in the tree canopy of forests around Australia. They can glide great distances using the furry membranes which extend from their front to hind feet. They feed on insects as well as flowers, nectar and tree sap.
This pattern contains full instructions, colour key and chart for producing the cross-stitch artwork. DMC colour codes are supplied (threads not included).

Lee is a professional wildlife artist whose beautiful, detailed watercolour paintings of Australian plants and animals are in high demand by art lovers and collectors in Australia and overseas. She has a special talent for capturing the personality and 'spirit' of the wonderful creatures she paints. Her frog paintings are especially popular - praised by experts for their accuracy and realism.
