The Crimson Rosella (Platycercus elegans elegens) is a common bird throughout its range. Found in the forests of the east coast and ranges, rainforests, eucalypt forests, farmland, parks and gardens. It is striking in colour and strong in flight.
This pattern contains full instructions, colour key and chart for producing the cross-stitch artwork. DMC colour codes are supplied (threads not included).

Lee is a professional wildlife artist whose beautiful, detailed watercolour paintings of Australian plants and animals are in high demand by art lovers and collectors in Australia and overseas. She has a special talent for capturing the personality and 'spirit' of the wonderful creatures she paints. Her frog paintings are especially popular - praised by experts for their accuracy and realism.
